Terms of Service

 By using our services, you agree to the following professional terms:

Project Commencement: Work begins only after the required deposit is settled and all necessary materials (texts, images, logos) are submitted.

Ownership: The client maintains 100% ownership of their domain and hosting accounts. DigitPres acts as the technical architect and manager.

Service Completion: A project is considered "Completed" once published on the client’s domain.

Post-Delivery Support: Any modifications requested after project delivery are subject to our Support Ticket system and additional service charges.

Liability: DigitPres is not responsible for data loss if the client has not opted for our Website Backup service.
